SNLD Announces its Political Position

SNLD

The Shan Nationalities League for Democracy (SNLD) released its political position on October 26, stating that genuine peace and stability would only be achieved if the combat victories continued to carry out until public political victories.

The position stated that the country must be built according to the principle of peaceful coexistence with the Panglong agreement of 1947, that it was necessary not to carry out racial extremism, and that it was especially necessary to keep an eye on the construction of an equal federal union.

In addition, it has warned through its political position that to overcome the efforts of some big countries to manipulate Myanmar's internal affairs and unilaterally ignore the will of the people, with a sense of unity, it is also necessary to unveil the attempts to prolong the military dictatorship while deceitfully opposing the emergence of a genuine public administration and bragging that it was needed to address the problem of the country in a way that caused the least harm to the civilians.

The statement issued on behalf of the Central Executive Committee also stated that it was not only to fight against the destruction of the human race, but also to prevent the destruction of the natural ecosystem with the mindset of being human, and would also work together with the democratic allies to build a future democratic federal system.
