The 10-point Positions of the Second Congress of the CDM
The 10-point position was released on December 11 after the 2nd CDM Civil Servants Conference was held for four days from December 7 to 10.
It is stated that the CDMers would continue to fight for the new system and the new federal democratic country, and the terrorist military regime, its allies, and the persons and organizations supporting them would also be revolutionized. Furthermore, it also included that they would not recognize any international agreement signed with the illegal military group, and the election and any political scenario based on the 2008 Constitution would not be accepted at all.
They also urged the non-CDM workers who are affiliated with the terrorist military junta should cooperate with the civilians, and the relevant organizations to effectively prosecute those who were cooperating in activities that harm the civilian population by the law.

Chapters 1 to 3 of the draft cover objectives, values and basic principles, and Chapter 4 covers fundamental rights, entitlements and duties. Chapters 5 to 10 cover the structure of the Mandalay region and its legislative, executive and judicial branches, Chapter 11 covers amendment of the arrangement, and Chapter 12 contains general provisions.

AA Responds That Drug Allegations Are Merely Political Attacks
On March 19, the United League of Arakan/Arakan Army (ULA/AA) responded that reports in the military's mouthpiece newspapers of March 18 and 19, claiming that AA economic officer Ye Win (a.k.a. Kyaw Soe Lin) and his wife Ma Thida Myint were involved in a drug seizure worth 96 billion kyat, have nothing to do with its organization and are merely a malicious political attack.
