Strongly condemns the death of civilians in Gangaw - People’s Security Team - PST (Pa La Pha) interrogation
Local civil society organizations and revolutionary forces stated on July 27 that they strongly condemned that after the arrest of U San Lwin of Kyun Dat village, Gangaw Township, Magwe on suspicion of drug use by the Township People’s Security Team - PST (Pa La Pha) in the morning of July 17, and the family was forced to come and retrieve the body in the evening, the beating to death and the attempts to appease the family members.
In a joint statement of a coalition of five groups, Global Yaw Funding (GYF), Beautiful Heart (Na Lone Hla) Social Rescue Service Team (Gangaw), Yaws' People Defense Force (YPDF), and Chinland Defense Force - Kalay Kabaw Gangaw (CDF-KKG), mentioned that many injuries were found on the body of the deceased, and on July 18, the Ganggaw Township People's Administration Team - PAT (Pa Ah Pha) officials made the wife of the deceased to sign a letter saying that they would no longer open a case for the death and dismiss the case.
The National Unity Government (NUG) also demanded that the People's Security Team - PST (Pa La Pha) officials and those involved in the interrogation into the death of U San Lwin be promptly and effectively prosecuted.

The draft has been officially released so that revolutionary political forces across the country, including Mandalay revolutionary forces and the public, can review it and send suggestions, and it is being further revised based on the suggestions received. Chapters 1 to 3 of the draft cover objectives, values and basic principles, and Chapter 4 covers fundamental rights, entitlements and duties. Chapters 5 to 10 cover the structure of the Mandalay region and its legislative, executive and judicial branches, Chapter 11 covers amendment of the arrangement, and Chapter 12 contains general provisions.

As the Spring Revolution has championed "ending military dictatorship and building a federal democratic union", discussions on the constitution have been taking place since February 2021.
