Magway Region Revolutionary Forces Seek to Strengthen Alliances
Magway Region Revolutionary Forces Network, a network of 11 revolutionary forces, announced on October 13 that it would continue to work with revolutionary forces in the region that are not yet part of the network.
In October, a three-day meeting between network members was held at a place on the border of Myanmar with three objectives, and it was released in the name of a presentation to the public in Magway.
The statement stated that the meeting resulted in 14 decisions and will be implemented accordingly. General Strike Committee of Nationalities - GSCN (Magway Region based Burma nationalities), Magway People's Revolution Committee-MPRC, Alliance for Social Justice - ASJ (Magway), PaKokku Youth Development Organization, Federal FM, Pakokku People’s Revolution Committee, Nway Oo Khayee Thal, Magway University Student Union, Tamar Institute of Development, University Teachers’ Union - Magway, and Yesagyo People's Strike Steering Committee.

Mandalay Region Interim Political Arrangement
The "Mandalay Region Interim Political Arrangement" (draft) has been written with 12 chapters and will soon be adopted. The draft has been officially released so that revolutionary political forces across the country, including Mandalay revolutionary forces and the public, can review it and send suggestions, and it is being further revised based on the suggestions received. Chapters 1 to 3 of the draft cover objectives, values and basic principles, and Chapter 4 covers fundamental rights, entitlements and duties. Chapters 5 to 10 cover the structure of the Mandalay region and its legislative, executive and judicial branches, Chapter 11 covers amendment of the arrangement, and Chapter 12 contains general provisions.
NUG Deputy Minister of Human Rights Granted Leave from Duties
The NUG announced on March 7 that Khun Bedu Htan, one of the deputy ministers of the National Unity Government (NUG) Ministry of Human Rights, had been granted leave from his duties.
Irrawaddy-Based IDLA Army Formed
In Announcement No. 2 issued on February 28, Mann Phan Shaung, Chair of the Irrawaddy Delta Nationalities State Council, announced that the Irrawaddy Delta Liberation Army (IDLA) was formed on January 1, 2025, with four objectives, including fighting the Four Cuts strategy.
Yaw Army (YA) Announces Merger with YPDF into a Single Force
On March 3, the Yaw Army (YA) announced that it would build a single force together with the Yaw People's Defence Force (YPDF), which has now been permanently dissolved, and continue to fight.
