ဒေသတွင်း ဖြစ်ပွားနေသည့် နယ်မြေအငြင်းပွားမှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ မလိုလားအပ်သည့် စစ်ရေးအရ ဖြေရှင်းမှုများကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်ရာ ရောက်သည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များအား မလုပ်ရန်နှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ အတူယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင်ရေးမူကိုလက်ကိုင်ထားကာ နိုင်ငံရေးပြဿနာအား နိုင်ငံရေးနည်းဖြင့် တွေ့ဆုံဖြေရှင်းရေးကို ပထမဦးစားပေးနည်းလမ်းအဖြစ် ကိုင်စွဲထားဆဲဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရှမ်းပြည်တိုးတက်ရေးပါတီ/ရှမ်းပြည်တပ်မတော် (SSPP/SSA) က မေ ၃၁ ရက်တွင် သဘောထား ထုတ်ပြန်သည်။

On February 20, the Shan State Progressive Party/Shan State Army (SSPP/SSA) issued a statement saying that as opposed to chauvinism and narrow nationalism, we were aiming for the peaceful coexistence of all ethnicities, currently, as the oppressed people were searching for a way to revolution because the military dictatorship was oppressing the public in all kinds of ways, people of all ethnicities were welcome if they follow the vision, policies and rules of Shan State Progressive Party/Shan State Army (SSPP/SSA).

ရှမ်းပြည်လူထု၏ သဘောဆန္ဒအရ ရှမ်းပြည် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးကောင်စီ (RCSS/SSA) နှင့် ရှမ်းပြည်တိုးတက်ရေးပါတီ (SSPP/SSA) တို့အကြား အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၉ ရက်တွင် အဖွဲ့နှစ်ခုပေါင်း၍ ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်သည်။
