Strike committees jointly organized a press conference on 20 September on Wang Bao-Yangci Company allowing the military junta forces to station in the company compound and other support to war crimes committed by the junta.

Members of local strike committees and local people accused the company of supporting the junta forces to burn houses, confiscations, raids and unlawful killings in 26 villages protesting against the company.

The purpose of the press conference was to inform the international community of the grievances of the local villagers in the areas of the company's project and of the humanitarian support of the National Unity Government (NUG) and the related organizations, and of their demands for justice..
