The Karenni State Consultative Council (KSCC) announced on November 19 with the signature of the council president that the interim health policy to be applied in Karenni State has been approved with amendments and additions and enacted by Resolution No. (1/41) at the council's 41st regular meeting.
The Karenni State Interim Parliament announced on November 18 that the “United Karenni State Army-UKA, Joint Cheifs of Staff Formation Act (Draft)” submitted by the Karenni State Interim Executive Council had been passed into law by the parliament's decision.

The terrorist military junta issued a statement on September 26 offering the Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs) and the People's Defense Forces (PDFs) to solve political problems politically. This is the second such offer since the terrorist coup d'état on February 1, 2021, and the first being made in April 2022 by the leader of the terrorist junta, himself on television. The difference is that the offer was made this time when military camps and military headquarters of the military regime including the cities were being surrendered because of the operations of EROs and PDF.
The flash floods in Myanmar caused by Typhoon Ragi, which hit the South China Sea, had a great impact on the people in the country. There had been criticism that the flood was caused by a terrorist military junta breaking the dams under their control without informing the public and the lack of weather reporting.
The Interim Executive Council of Karenni State announced on September 4, with announcement number (3/2024), that four sectors such as drugs issues, businesses that were not incompatible with revolution and morality, illegal arms trade and trafficking, and land-based and online gambling business would be banned in a law enforcement initiative in collaboration with Karenni State Revolutionary Forces (Chief of Staff group) to ensure a safe and equitable life in Karenni State.
