The General Strike Collaboration Committee (GSCC) was established in February 8, 2021. It was emerged with the Spring Revolution as a revolutionary force.

GSCC released the suggestion statement to Strike Fronts on February 9, 2021, the suggestion statement for civil resistance tactics on February 10, the recommendation statement to community-based committees on February 14, and also the statement for liberation from military dictatorship and acceleration of CDM activities. On March 1, 2021, an open letter was sent to ASEAN countries about the military coup and the situation in Myanmar after the coup. On March 3, 2021, GSCC issued the suggestion for drafting and adoption of a New Federal Democratic Constitution in accordance with the Union agreement.

On March 21, 2021, the recommendation of the political process was released, which included, forming a national unity government including ethnic forces and political forces based on the representatives of the People's Hluttaw selected and assigned by the people in the 2020 election, the drafting of the federal democracy constitution and the leading of the way of people revolution should be led by the national unity government, and achieving the victory by the establishment of the Federal Union army under the leadership of the National Unity Government as soon as possible to build a federal democratic Union.

On March 20, 2022, the political objection to the trip of Mr. Prak Sokhann, ASEAN special Envoy, Minister of Foreign and International relations ministry, and Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia to Myanmar was released. On October 13, 2022, the book "Raising Arms from Hell" written and compiled by political prisoners from Insein Prison was released. On September 9, 2022, assessment 5.8 of the Spring Revolution was released, which included the assessment of the current situation of the Spring Revolution (The State of the Enemy, The State of the Revolutionary Forces, The State of the Entire Spring Revolution) and Eradicating the military dictatorship (Recommendation).

On May 13, 2023, GSCC sent an Open Letter to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. On July 17, 2023, GSCC announced that Spring Revolution is built on "Principles" not a "Person".

GSCC is a member organization of the National Unity Consultative Council.
