The National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC) stated on March 28 that the second People's Assembly was scheduled to be held in March, however, it will be changed from April 4 to 6 to ensure adequate time for preparations.

The NUCC statement stated that it was announced to the public that the assembly would be held in March at the 3rd anniversary of the Spring Revolution Town-hall Meeting but the date has been moved due to the ensuring adequate time for preparation, and information related to the assembly will continue to be announced.
