နိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာ အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး သဘောတူစာချုပ်C (NCA) သည် ၂၀၀၈ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေအပေါ် မူတည်သည့် သဘောတူစာချုပ် ဖြစ်ကာ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်က ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံကို ကျော်လွန်ကာ အာဏာသိမ်းလိုက်သည့်အတွက် ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအပြင် NCA သည်ပါ ပျက်ပြယ်ပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကရင်နီအမျိုးသားတိုးတက်ရေးပါတီ (KNPP) က ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်သည်။

The party also announced that the NCA-based negotiations, constitutional review and elections were all bogus acts and vowed to work together with other revolutionary groups sharing the common goal for building federal democracy union.
