Karenni National Progressive Party announced its position on the National Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) that the agreement was voided by the military coup staged against the now-abrogated 2008 Constitution. 

The party also announced that the NCA-based negotiations, constitutional review and elections were all bogus acts and vowed to work together with other revolutionary groups sharing the common goal for building federal democracy union.
