The Technological Teachers' Federation (TTF) was established on August 7, 2017. It encompasses teachers, researchers, faculty members, and staff from technological universities, computer universities and affiliated research institutes, who independently engaged with the federation. The core purpose of forming the TTF is to help advance a contemporary education system that excels regionally and internationally in technology and science, to assist in the implementation of the National Education Strategic Plan (2016-2020), to support teachers, researchers, and staff for the enhancement of social well-being and quality of life, to ensure their rightful entitlements, to help faculty and researchers achieve the free expression of opinions, and to foster collaboration with local and international educational organizations.
On January 19, 2018, TTF registered as a local association. The first conference occurred in the same year, on November 17. The central executive members were elected during a meeting held at Mandalay University of Technology.
