Bamar People's Liberation Army
The Bamar People's Liberation Army (BPLA) was founded on April 17, 2021 (the first day of the Myanmar New Year). It is based in Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) Brigade (5) territory and received military training from the Arakan Army (AA). The BPLA's political goals are:
1. The fall of dictatorship and the liberation of all people from oppression
2. Ending Burman chauvinism and achieving equality and self-determination
3. Building a new federal union that guarantees democracy and human rights
4. In building the new federal union, designating and including a Bamar federal unit (or Bamar Pyi/Bamar State) as a member of the union; and
5. Protecting the freedom and security of the people
The BPLA has established two military regions, Nos. 107 and 203. Military Region 107 is within the territory of KNLA Brigade (5), and Military Region 203 is in northern Shan State.
The BPLA regards the National Unity Government (NUG) as a revolutionary government of the Spring Revolution. The Arakan Army (AA) cooperates with the BPLA by providing basic military training and advanced courses including sniper training, and the BPLA also takes part in the revolution in cooperation with the NUG Ministry of Defence (MOD).
In the southern military region, the BPLA fights alongside the KNLA, the People's Defence Force (PDF), the Force for Federal Democracy (FFD) and other revolutionary groups in the south, while in the northern military region it operates mainly with the Three Brotherhood Alliance.
The BPLA reached the front line in December 2021 and fought alongside other allied forces under the command of the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA). On June 30, 2023, it issued a summary of its military results over the year and a half of fighting from then until June 2023.

The fake "politics" of the military regime
The terrorist military junta issued a statement on September 26 offering the Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs) and the People's Defense Forces (PDFs) to solve political problems politically. This is the second such offer since the terrorist coup d'état on February 1, 2021, and the first being made in April 2022 by the leader of the terrorist junta, himself on television. The difference is that the offer was made this time when military camps and military headquarters of the military regime including the cities were being surrendered because of the operations of EROs and PDF.
The chronicles of the fall of the North-Eastern Command
The Northeastern Regional Military Command was separated from the Eastern Regional Military Command established in Taunggyi in 1961 to more effectively handle the activities of the Communist Party of Burma in the country on July 27, 1972, and was established based in Lashio. In 1949, the Karen National Defence Organisation (KNDO) attacked and occupied the Northern Regional Military Headquarters based in Pyin Oo Lwin @ Mammy, and the "Northeastern Regional Military Command" has been recorded as the first regional military command to surrender for a terrorist military junta in 75 years.

According to the news media, the the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) has released a statement with photos confirming that the Northeast Regional Command of military regime in Lashio, Northen part of Shan State has been completely occupied by the afternoon of August 3rd.
BPLA Issues Political and Military Policies It Will Adopt
On January 4, the Bamar People's Liberation Army (BPLA), now more than two and a half years since its founding, issued the political and military policies it will adopt.
