Civil Disobedience Mass Movement Policy

The policy on the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) was approved and issued by the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC) at its meeting on December 1, 2023.

The policy has four parts: Part (1), the policy's effect, definitions and objectives; Part (2), the Civil Disobedience Movement; Part (3), policy on the Civil Disobedience Movement; and Part (4), transitional justice policies relating to the Civil Disobedience "Mass" Movement. Part (4) contains five chapters, and the justice policy section is divided into recognition, truth-seeking, reparation, accountability and breaking the vicious cycle, with detailed policies under each.
