လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီပေးရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးကော်မတီ (JCC-HA) က ရေးဆွဲကာ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအတိုင်ပင်ခံကောင်စီ (NUCC) က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ် ၂၁ ရက်တွင် "လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီပေးရေးဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒ" အား အတည်ပြုခဲ့သည်။

The policy was drafted with the aims to serve as guiding principle for organizations delivering humanitarian assistances to the people suffering from man-made and natural disasters and coordination for federal, federal unit and regional organizations for it.
