Acting President/Vice-President of National Untiy Government delivered a State of the Union Address on the Second Anniverary of People's Defensive War on 7 September. 

He called on peple administration team, people defensive force and law enforcement to follow instructions from relevant chain of command and military code of conduct. 

He acknowledged the support of ethnic resistance organizations in his speech for military cooperation. He also revealed his appreciation to US for enactment of Burma Act and called for swift enforcement of the law.
