Revolutionary actors in Mandalay region/federal unit met online on 13 October.

The meeting was attended by Committee Representing Mandalay Region Hluttaw (CRMH), Anti-junta Forces Coordination Committee (Mandalay), strike committee leaders, CDM movement leaders, and political parties. They discussed political, revolutionary and transitional affairs.
