General Strike Committee (GSC) released a policy statement after six days of the first conference in a liberated area.

The policy statement set three objectives, eight principles, and six frameworks and called for forming an inclusive coalition and a coalition government with the participation of revolutionary forces.

It also included 11 policies on civil disobedience movement, people's strike, and movement, armed struggle, equality/self-determination, federalism, alliance, foreign affairs, land ownership, labour, civil service in CDM, gender and LGBTIO, and education.

GSC was formed on 18 Feburary, 2021.
