More than 2300 leaflets were distributed as a campaign for SAC's soldiers and civil servants to defect and to join in  Civil Disobedient Movement.

Despite the intense repression of the fascist army, that campaign was led by ABSFU, People's Embrace, kyimyindaing Networks - K.M.D18 and  Mayangone Democratic Front (M.D.F). The leaflets were distributed in Mayangone, Tamwe, Sanchaung, Sulae, Panbatan, Kyaktada and Mingalardone Military Market for Yangon and U Pain Bridge, Mahar Myat Mudi Pagoda, beside of Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hills (Kuthotaw Pagoda) for Mandalay.
