The signature campaign to cut the financial flow from Singapore to Myanmar's military junta was extended one more week from 16 September to 22 September, announced Anti-Junta Forces Coordination Committee.

The junta is reportedly relying on Singapore-based banks as intermediaries for the purchase of arms and related materials, jet fuel, and other related technologies. The campaign urged the Singaporean government to cut ties with the junta.
