Karen National Union (KNU), Chin National Front (CNF) and All Burma Students Democratic Force (ABSDF), which are signatories of National Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), released a joint position on the agreement. They stated the agreement was void due to the military junta repeatedly targeting against the civilian population which is the basic principle of the agreement.

The statement also concluded that the discussions based on NCA would only prolonged the political crisis of the country.

The thee groups also announced five political objectives and six positions while calling for other signatories to join these causes and reject the military junta.
